Thermal and vacuum tests of our product in connection to a functional part of your system, for example:
Thermo-Vacuum test
Minimum Vacuum pressure: 8.77E-08 Torr
Temperature: ambient to +120°C
Fast pumping: 1E-5 Torr in under 3 minutes, 1E-6 Torr in under 10 minutes.
